Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison between senior executives, proactively managing urgent requests and ensuring teams are informed of emerging issues and opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of all administrative services, maintaining effective records and databases, and contributing to policy development.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience delivering confidential executive support, including expert-level diary management and secretariat support.
  • A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality correspondence and build relationships.
  • A strong understanding of human resource processes and an ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
