Sales Support Professional

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and sales support across various communication channels.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, warranties, order processing, data entry, and resolving general complaints.
- Identify sales opportunities from customer inquiries.
- Provide first-line technical and clinical assistance, escalating issues to relevant teams for resolution.
The primary objective of this role is to communicate with customers daily, before and/or after a sale, via telephone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
Handling customer orders for medical supplies and equipment, maintaining client records, tracking deadlines, supporting cross-functional teams, developing positive customer relations, collaborating with departments to meet sales goals, documenting technical and customer issues, and providing metrics to management.
Support roles involve clerical, administrative, technical, or operational tasks, requiring vocational training or equivalent experience.
This includes checking on therapy status, adherence, and ordering supplies or equipment.
