Job Title: Communication Officer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional with strong communication skills to join our collaborative team as a Communication Officer.

This role will involve working closely with the Senior Communications Officer to develop and implement effective internal and external communications strategies. This includes managing content for our website, intranet and social media channels, drafting quality communication products, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the development and scheduling of content for our online platforms
  • Drafting internal and external communication products, including internet and intranet content, information circulars, marketing and print materials
  • Managing external suppliers and processing invoices
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Inbox management

To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of attention to detail, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A degree in communications or related discipline is highly regarded, but not mandatory. Prior experience in a communications field is also desirable.
