Job Opportunity

  • As an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
  • Using your specialist knowledge and skills, you will assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations, evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness, and help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for performing a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Effective case management is also key, where you will plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives is also an essential part of this role.

Requirements

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
