Job Title: Strategic Engagement Lead

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in driving strategic engagement across sectors and communities.

  • Develop and implement program-wide planning activities to drive outcomes from the Early Years Commitment and other reforms.
  • Manage the governance and secretariat of advisory group engagements, including developing agendas, terms of reference, structure, and memberships.
  • Coordinate events with key stakeholder groups to foster relationships and collaborations.
  • Develop key relationships among internal and external stakeholders to ensure intentional and effective engagements for the division.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to develop reporting for Sector & Community Readiness, maintain current reporting, and demonstrate experience working in a large and complex organization.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and/or experience.
  • Experience in managing complex and sensitive issues.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and experience.
