Our forward-thinking People Strategy requires us to build a talented and commercially savvy People team to deliver our ambitious plans. We seek a driven, innovative People Partner to help turn our goals into actions and results.
The People Partner will enable Practice Development Managers and Practice Managers to effectively manage, support, and grow their people. This is a highly visible role that works closely with the Head of People, People Partner Lead, People Partners, Talent Acquisition Team, and service delivery teams to provide seamless People services.
What we're looking for:
- A proactive team player who can move beyond the transactional and bring a high level of energy, initiative, and passion to a dynamic environment.
- Strong experience and capability in managing multiple stakeholders and effectively partnering to influence decision-making.
- Experience in supporting various HR disciplines including leadership capability, operational HR delivery, talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention.
- Ability to advise and support dental practices, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements relating to employment and well-being.
- Demonstrated experience in case management, including identifying and mitigating the risk of legal claims.
- Build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of best practice HR initiatives.
You should possess between 3-5 years' experience in a HR advisory role, ideal for a HR Advisor/Consultant stepping into a true business partnering role.
