Early Childhood Educator for a Dynamic Early Learning Centre

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at the Newman Early Learning Centre. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that encourages children to grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education, experience in developing and implementing programs, and a strong understanding of the National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, the EYLF, and the NQF.

The role requires the ability to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and young children, as well as maintain accurate developmental records. You will work collaboratively with your team to develop a program that meets the needs of individual children and reflects their interests, development, culture, and the YMCA's Approach to Learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote social, emotional, and intellectual growth in children
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date developmental records of children
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and young children
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a program that meets the needs of individual children
