Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a motivated and caring Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart East Bunbury. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and centre teams
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff
  • Contribute to the overall well-being of the centre and its community

Responsibilities:

  1. Education Program Delivery: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  2. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration
  3. Safety and Inclusivity: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of children, families, and staff while promoting an inclusive environment
  4. Centre Contributions: Contribute to the overall success of the centre by participating in meetings, training sessions, and other activities as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • ACECQA approved qualifications and/or experience working with young children
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional overtime
  • Ability to travel between multiple centres (if required)
