We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with young children and their families. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
  • Contribute to the centre's daily operations, including preparation of meals and snacks
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with young children and their families

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
