Job Description

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart East Bunbury. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the education program and ensuring the well-being of children in your care. You will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences that meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Supervise and engage with children at all times, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements

To be successful as a Casual Educator, you will require:

  • An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday.
  • A willingness to travel between other local services as needed.
