About the Role

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs offered to children, collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and enhance programs. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration.
