Social Value Specialist

Embedding social value into procurement practices is at the heart of this role. Our team works with project teams, social suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive strategy, partnerships, and tangible outcomes.

  • Develop and implement plans that identify opportunities and remove barriers for Indigenous and social enterprises.
  • Build relationships with suppliers who meet our diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Facilitate workshops to evaluate and mitigate procurement risks.
  • Upskill staff in social procurement practices and lead initiatives that promote awareness and application.
  • Contribute to industry leadership by supporting thought leadership, research, communications, and reporting.
