EV Charging Station Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate appointments with our installation team to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Be the primary point of contact for residential clients, providing first-class customer service and support throughout the process.
  • Focus on building strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients post-installation to guarantee all concerns are addressed.

  • Customer-facing experience in an admin role is essential.
  • A background in scheduling tradespeople or installation teams is highly regarded.
  • Passion for renewable energy and the electric vehicle transition is a significant advantage.
