Forklift Technician Opportunity

As a key member of our field-based service team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and repairing material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base
  • Utilizing the latest field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedules
  • Managing inventory on company-allocated service vans and customer sites
  • Delivering professional-level service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participating in an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
