Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator

As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fleet and customer equipment.

This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for coordinating timely repair and maintenance tasks, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer breakdown requests, coordinating with clients and dispatching Field Service Technicians for prompt repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage and communicate with technicians to ensure the availability of spare parts.
  • Create and manage work orders for Field Service Technicians, and accurately record the completion of work in our management system.
  • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance on fleet equipment, ensuring safety for both employees and customers.
  • Continuously analyze and improve scheduling practices to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to facilitate effective maintenance and repair of equipment.
