Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our Customer Experience Team. As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our website, working closely with the marketing team to drive acquisition initiatives and optimize user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop User-Centric Solutions
    • Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences
    • Develop and refine webpages and flows to drive conversion and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with marketing, CX, and engineering teams to create engaging and on-brand landing pages
    • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather input and review requirements and designs
  • Manage Design Standards and Consistency
    • Establish and maintain high design standards across the public-facing website
    • Develop and maintain a design system to streamline prototyping and development
  • Optimize and Refine Designs
    • Work closely with developers to refine designs and ensure they meet user needs
    • Assemble pages in WordPress using content blocks developed from designs
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in experience design
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Mastery of Figma and other UX/UI tools
  • Education and Certifications
    • Relevant degree in design or a related field
  • Personal Qualities
    • Passion for user-centered design and optimization
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
