
Front Office Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and competent leader to join our dynamic team as a Front Office Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the hotel reception, developing and maintaining service procedures and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Develop and maintain IHG service procedures and standards
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the front office
- Responsible for ensuring the complete safety and security of all guests, employees and hotel property
- Inspect guests rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance
- Experience in IHG front office administration
- Financial competency skills
- Ability to build, maintain and strengthen existing customer and staff relationships
- IHG accreditation, hospitality qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in Opera property management system
