Job Summary

The Fire Sprinkler Service Inspector is a critical role at DynaFire, responsible for conducting thorough fire sprinkler inspections and services to ensure the highest level of fire safety for our clients. As a Fire Sprinkler Service Inspector, you will be the face of DynaFire, building strong relationships with clients and AHJs (Authority Having Jurisdiction) to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fire sprinkler inspections and services to NFPA 25 and NFPA 72 standards
  • Schedule inspections with clients and communicate effectively to ensure timely completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AHJs and clients
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Answer after-hour service calls and provide timely support
  • Inform management of any job-related issues or concerns
  • Provide Service Sales Representatives with information on sales leads, change orders, and fire sprinkler sales
  • Learn and apply DynaFire's safety procedures and client safety programs
  • Safely operate construction equipment and hand tools
  • Participate in training classes to grow professionally and increase industry knowledge

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in fire sprinkler service
  • FASA certification
  • Back-flow certification
  • NICET Level II or equivalent in water-based systems
  • Proficient in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
  • Fluent in back-flow, wet system, dry system, fire pump, fire pump controller, and alarm device terminology
