Job Summary
The Fire Sprinkler Service Inspector is a critical role at DynaFire, responsible for conducting thorough fire sprinkler inspections and services to ensure the highest level of fire protection for our clients. As a Fire Sprinkler Service Inspector, you will be the face of DynaFire, building strong relationships with clients and AHJs (Authority Having Jurisdiction) while delivering exceptional service and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fire sprinkler inspections and services to NFPA 25 and NFPA 72 standards
- Schedule inspections with clients and communicate effectively to ensure timely completion
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with AHJs and clients
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fire protection
- Collaborate with Service Sales Representatives to identify sales leads and opportunities
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in fire sprinkler service
- FASA certification
- Back-flow certification
- NICET Level II or equivalent in water-based systems
- Proficient in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
