About this role

As a key member of our leadership team, the Chief Information Officer will drive the design and delivery of our enterprise-wide digital strategy.

This pivotal role will oversee capability development and provide strategic leadership across IT governance, architecture, vendor management, business applications, infrastructure, and service delivery.

  • Developing an enterprise architecture strategy to ensure coherence and alignment with business goals.
  • Overseeing IT infrastructure, service management, and enterprise business application platforms to ensure operational excellence.
  • Championing innovation through emerging technologies, including AI adoption and management.
  • Establishing robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure effective risk management.
  • Managing strategic vendor relationships and supplier performance to deliver value to the organization.
  • Driving operational planning and program management for large-scale digital initiatives to support business growth.
  • Providing strategic leadership and coaching to the IT leadership team to foster high performance and engagement.

About you

You are an accomplished ICT leader with extensive experience in complex enterprise environments and a proven track record of delivering digital transformation.

You possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, service management, project delivery, and business applications.

You are well-versed in emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.

Your ability to engage at the Executive level and influence strategic outcomes is essential, as is your experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
