About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Workers Compensation team as a Service Review Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end complaints process within specified timelines and quality, ensuring compliance with internal procedures through reviews, report analysis, and coaching.
  • Review and monitor complaints process performance, identifying trends and implementing initiatives to drive improvement.
  • Maintain and review ongoing compliance and service delivery requirements to our customers.
  • Liaise with regulatory and statutory authorities as required.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months experience working in the Workers Compensation scheme in Victoria.
  • Proactive approach to contributing to the success of the team.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sterling conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Possession of a passion and demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Sound decision-making and attention to detail when reviewing claims notes, reports, and data.
