About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Lendlease. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project, reporting directly to the CEO of Project Co.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day schedules of the Exemplar Health (Project Co.) team, organizing and scheduling meetings and identifying priorities and commitments.
  • Coordinate and schedule Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (FHR) Project meetings across all stakeholders to meet the project requirements and priorities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and project enquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes as required.
  • Maintain a variety of registers and schedules to track, review and close out specific Project Co requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties, including organizing travel arrangements and coordinating meetings.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role. You will have a proactive approach to your work and stakeholder engagement. In addition to this, you will also have:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience and solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to pick up new systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in the construction industry or within Government is desirable.
