  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a clear annual plan.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and business cases to ensure sound financial performance.
  • Champion safety, quality, and environmental compliance in partnership with relevant teams.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or a related field and proven experience in people leadership, procurement, and contract management. They will also possess commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to build trust, foster team connection, and lead with empathy while maintaining delivery focus.
