Key Responsibilities Include Managing Asset Reliability and Renewal Programs
This Role Involves Leading a High Performing Team of Contract and Project Managers to Achieve Success in the Delivery of Planned Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Across Our Civil Asset Base.
This Includes Guiding Complex Commercial Contracts That Drive Long Term Value, Working Closely With Partners to Improve Processes, Enhancing Financial Performance, Streamlining Service Delivery, Managing Risk, Implementing Social Procurement Initiatives and Improving Customer Outcomes Through Strong Leadership.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Tertiary Qualification In Engineering Science or Related Field, Proven Experience In People Leadership, Procurement and Contract Management, And Demonstrated Commercial Acumen and Stakeholder Management.
In Addition They Will Have A Proven Ability To Build Trust Foster Team Connection and Lead with Empathy While Maintaining Delivery Focus, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel Including Use of Formulas.
