Strategic Asset Management Innovator

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our asset strategy and driving excellence in asset lifecycle management. This position requires a visionary leader who can define and champion the portfolio-wide vision for strategic asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve asset strategy maturity and outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert to align senior stakeholders and business unit efforts with best practice frameworks, systems, and standards.
- Owning the Asset Management Policy and Standards Manual.
- Improving asset strategy & planning standards.
- Leading stakeholder engagement and capability uplift.
- Ensuring Health, Safety & Environment compliance.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field.
- Expert skill level in ISO 55000 Asset Management.
- Excellent communications and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in asset management and/or strategy.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead strategic change.
