We are building a network of medical assessment centers to provide an outstanding experience for our customers. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we're looking for a Receptionist to join our supportive team.

About the Role:
  • Guide customers through the medical assessment process with empathy and understanding
  • Ensure customers are aware of what they need to do and why, promoting transparency and trust

The successful candidate will be greeting customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing solutions in a customer-focused approach. You will adhere to established processes and procedures accurately to assist customers through the steps of the assessment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough identity and security checks, escalating any identified risks to ensure customer safety
  • Process payments securely using EFTPOS
  • Verify customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms efficiently
  • Enter accurate data and information into customer management systems and databases
  • Explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination, ensuring customers understand the key elements of the process
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated customer focus, professional attitude, and a service-oriented approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed communication skills and adaptability to meet customer needs
  • Strong IT and computer skills
