We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in the Docklands Visa Medical Assessment Centre.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring they understand the visa medical examination process. Key responsibilities include conducting identity and security checks, processing payments, confirming customer documentation, and explaining examination requirements.
Our Receptionist team is the first point of contact for customers, providing information and instructions to guide them through the assessment process. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a structured environment driven by procedure and process.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous administration and customer-facing experience, with a minimum of 3 years' ideal.
- Demonstrated customer focus and a professional, service-orientated approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outcomes in a busy environment.
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of diverse customers and convey information clearly.
- Sound IT and computer skills, including proficiency in customer management systems and databases.
