About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team at Monks Associates Inc. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in the implementation and optimization of their digital analytics strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Provide expert-level support in the implementation and optimization of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
