About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team at Monks Associates Inc. As a key member of our AUNZ team and APAC data team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to clients, including scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports, and analytics framework management.
  • Develop and implement data strategies for top-tier brands, focusing on measurable business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients and the Monks team to share data and marketing analytics expertise, acting as a thought leader and driving knowledge growth.
  • Manage relationships and projects for enterprise clients, assisting them in understanding online measurement and providing best practice guidelines for data strategy and technical implementations.
  • Contribute to the growth of our practice by propelling new go-to-market initiatives and solutions with the data team.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of client-facing experience with Google Analytics, preferably in a digital marketing consulting firm, agency, or advertiser.
  • Deep knowledge and experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other parts of the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Strong understanding of the data, adtech, and martech industry, with experience managing strategic projects and clients.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and a critical thinker with attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing and utilizing data from various digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Optimize 360, and BI/Data analysis tools like Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud data and its leverage is a significant plus.
