About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team at Monks Associates Inc. As a key member of our AUNZ team and APAC data team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to clients, including scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports, and analytics framework management.
  • Develop and implement data strategies for enterprise clients, focusing on measurably lifting their business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their online measurement needs and provide best practice guidelines for data strategy and technical implementations.
  • Assist the data team in propelling our practice forward with new go-to-market initiatives and solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of client-facing experience with Google Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge and experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other parts of the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Experience managing strategic projects and/or clients.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and a critical thinker with attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing and utilizing data from various digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Optimize 360, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud data (GCP / Big Query, AWS, etc) and how to leverage it is a plus.
