To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer relationship management through sales strategies and relationship maintenance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of windows and doors (an advantage).
  • A solutions-focused attitude with customer service as top priority.
  • Negotiation skills for large commercial contracts.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (a desirable skill).
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility outside normal working hours and occasional travel. A company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop will be provided.

Pre-employment medicals, including drug and alcohol tests, will also be required.
