**Technical Account Manager Opportunity**
">We're seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills to deliver top-notch support and advice to our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with small to mid-scale clients across various industries, providing proactive guidance on how to utilize technology to improve their business. You'll work closely with our service desk, field techs, and engineering teams to ensure seamless technical support when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering outstanding support and advice within an MSP or similar IT service provider
- Ability to demonstrate success managing relationships with small to mid-scale clients across various industries
- Strong technical understanding and experience in IT systems
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
