Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Patient Reported Measures program.

The role involves working with clinicians, patients, and healthcare managers to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare across New South Wales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the Patient Reported Measures program at point of care across NSW Health.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and act on opportunities for reform and innovation in care delivery.
  • Undertaking project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation, and milestone reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant industry experience in Patient Reported Measures.
  • Extensive experience working with patients and carers to co-design the collection and use of self-reported outcomes and experiences at the point of care.
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of large systems projects and change management within NSW Health.
  • Substantial knowledge of Patient Reported Measures, inclusive of digital technologies, and the ability to provide ongoing support and training for users across NSW Health.
