The role of a Project Manager II involves overseeing the successful delivery of medium to large-scale Radiology and Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions across the Oceania region.
This position requires coordinating Professional Services resources, managing complex project schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
The Project Manager II will deliver projects within tight timelines and budget constraints while mentoring junior team members and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Lead Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver medium to large-sized Radiology and Cardiology Healthcare IT implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion while maintaining high quality standards
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, building trusted advisor relationships through proactive communication, deep understanding of client environments, and consistent delivery of project milestones
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate Professional Services resources, facilitate implementation team collaboration, and manage escalations across departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless project execution
- Team Development: Mentor Project Manager I team members, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute to the professional development of junior staff through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving
- Project Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track resource utilization, and implement cost-effective solutions to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters while maximizing customer value
