Real Estate Transaction Manager

A global leader in commercial real estate is seeking an experienced professional to manage property closings and oversee the acquisition of new ground leases.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party service providers to ensure timely settlement of commercial transactions
- Analyze legal due diligence materials and review contract documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements, ensuring all conditions are met and funds are disbursed correctly
Necessary Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial real estate, property settlements, or related transactional work
- Strong knowledge of land title systems, encumbrances, and property law principles
- Project management and problem-solving skills
