Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries, making outbound contact with leads, and developing a solid foundation in sales.

  • Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs
  • Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
  • Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Final year university students or new graduates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service
  • Individuals with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry
