We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Finance Specialist to join our organization.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the mortgage industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage products that meet their needs.

- Provide trusted lending advice and guidance to clients.

- Assess client eligibility for lending and provide accurate loan calculations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with professionals to generate referrals and drive business growth.

- Maintain relationships with lenders and stay up-to-date on industry developments and market conditions.

- Proactively generate new sales opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.

- Implement strategies to increase sales and achieve target goals.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Officer.

- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and mortgage loan products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Accurate data entry abilities and attention to detail.

- Outstanding client service skills and ability to work independently.

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent qualification.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in financial services and lending is highly desirable.
