  • Providing expert care, including medication, wound, and diabetes management
  • Managing catheters and compression bandages
  • Conducting DVA assessments, HCP quarterly reviews, and post-hospital reviews
  • Guiding and mentoring two Enrolled Nurses
  • Keeping care plans up to date based on evolving assessments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert care provision, including medication, wound, and diabetes management
  • Catheter and compression bandage management

  • Enrolled Nurse guidance and mentoring
  • Evolution-based care plan maintenance

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • At least 2 years of community nursing experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
