Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and timeliness.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in-house with a respected developer, delivering projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living. As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for managing construction workflows, navigating development approvals, and ensuring every detail reflects the property's high-end positioning.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
  • Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes.
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
  • Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project coordination within construction, development or engineering.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a similar field.
  • Familiar with QLD building codes, project compliance and local DA processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes.
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
