Job Title: Prize Property Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Prize Property Specialist to lead the acquisition and management of prize properties. This dynamic role combines property expertise, project coordination, and creative content creation to deliver stunning prize homes that inspire and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire prize properties on the Sunshine Coast, utilizing industry relationships and market knowledge.
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of off-market properties and collaborate with agents to identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with builders to secure future construction projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the entire property acquisition process, from initial engagement to final handover.
  • Support the Gold Coast team with contract administration, project coordination, and property maintenance.
  • Ensure prize properties are well-maintained, addressing any trade or weather-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with production teams to create engaging content for prize properties, including live filming, TV production, and photography.
  • Create internal video content using mobile phone video production skills, highlighting the unique features of each prize property.
  • Utilize personalized dashboards to streamline property selection and collaboration processes.
  • Oversee accounts payable, budgeting, and adherence to organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in property project management, with a proven track record of financial and resource management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury real estate acquisition and/or high-end property development.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and networking skills, coupled with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative flair and experience in styling, staging, or production support.
  • Proficiency in mobile phone video content creation and internal storytelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
