Project Coordination Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to drive the successful delivery of luxury projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
  • Liaise with local authorities and manage development approval processes.

  • Support long-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with a clear focus on delivering premium results.
