Project Manager for Luxury New Builds

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury new builds. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship, managing site operations, programming, coordinating trades, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects from programming to completion.
  • Manage multiple bespoke luxury new build projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a safe work environment in line with OH&S practices.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably high-end.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction programming, OH&S practices, and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
