As a Disability Support Worker at Cocoon SDA Care, you will be part of a team that engages with participants to shape and improve their lives. You will create opportunities, establish partnerships of support, and inspire individuals to realise their full potential.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be required to provide support to participants with high complex behaviour and/or high medical and/or complex needs. You will need to possess clear and effective communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in record management. A flexible approach to work is essential, including availability to work over a 7-day roster and overnight shifts.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience
- Experience within the disability sector or related fields
- Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Orientation, COVID Infection Control, NDIS Workers Screening, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check
- Current Open Driver's Licence (mandatory)

Salary Range
We are offering a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in Australia.
