Job Description

As a Client Manager at ROC Consulting Group, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a talented team of accountants, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering expert advisory and compliance services.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of accountants to ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase revenue and satisfaction.
  • Review work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in Australian Public Practice.
  • Excellent technical tax ability.
  • Previous experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A stable employment history.
