  • Experience working with third-party platforms, preferably with a focus on troubleshooting and integration.
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, GoToConnect, Mailchimp, Zapier, and EmailOctopus, although not mandatory, is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive approach, with a quick grasp of system processes and a flexible attitude.
