Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Service Desk Technicians. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service remotely, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, logging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teams, and collaborating with other vendors and service providers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a passion for working in a team environment. You will also need to be able to stay cool under pressure and work a 24/7 rotating roster.
