We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business by working on residential construction projects with high accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate budgets using real quotes and pricing.
- Track costs, report, and work closely with internal teams and contractors to minimize issues and solve buildability challenges.
- Calculate material quantities with high accuracy and review drawings and specifications.
- Apply building best practices to review plans and designs and recommend smarter product options.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Estimator in residential construction.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or quantity surveying.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
