Our Team

The M&A & Capital Markets team provides specialist legal advice for clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

We have a long-standing track record for success, operating as one of the largest established corporate teams in the Australian market.

Your Opportunity

This role involves working across Public and/or Private M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity, and Corporate Advisory for domestic and international clients.

As a senior associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading client relationships and delivering exceptional service to local and international clients
  • Collaborating with other lawyers and experts to deliver complex deals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers in the group
