Job Overview

A leading independent law firm is seeking a talented tax lawyer to join their top-ranked Tax practice in Melbourne and Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex tax matters, including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on complex tax issues for major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.
  • Play a key role in structuring and executing transactions, including greenfield infrastructure and large-scale property projects.
  • Collaborate with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes.
  • Develop expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
Requirements
