Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled corporate lawyer with 2-6 years post-admission experience to join our dynamic team. As part of our esteemed practice, you will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on high-profile corporate and commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents for complex corporate and commercial deals.
- Providing legal advice on matters related to corporate/M&A transactions, including due diligence, analysis of legal and contractual issues, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaising with clients and external advisers to deliver exceptional results in M&A transactions.
- Coordinating the completion of transactions and ensuring timely delivery.
- Working collaboratively with our team on other commercial transactions, such as capital raisings, joint ventures, and management equity structures.
- Reviewing and advising on other commercial contracts as required.
About You:
- A minimum of 2-6 years post-admission experience in a corporate and commercial law practice.
- Proven expertise in M&A transactions, with a strong understanding of due diligence, contract negotiation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Technical excellence and commercial acumen, with a drive to deliver results-oriented solutions.
